Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Google Ads Account Setup
When purchasing the Basic Package ($1,200), PPC-Simple performs initial work that includes creating a Google Ads account, setting up a draft campaign structure, and preparing tracking/technical settings.
If the client is unable to add their credit card to Google Ads due to verification or payment issues, the account cannot be activated for live ads. However, since setup work and draft campaign creation are already performed, only a partial refund of $800 will be issued out of the $1,200 Basic Package fee.
Once setup work has started, no full refunds are available.

2. Wix Landing Page Setup
Landing pages are custom-built on Wix and connected to the client’s domain.
The setup process may include (but is not limited to): domain purchase, content creation, design layout, and technical configuration.
If the client does not enter their credit card in Wix, or does not provide valid payment details for Wix billing, the landing page cannot be fully activated.
However, since setup work (such as domain registration, content preparation, or page design) will have already been performed, no refund (full or partial) will be provided once work on the landing page has started — even if the page is not yet completed or published.

3. Google Ads Campaign Management
Monthly management fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun.
After campaign setup or management activity has started, no refunds (full or partial) will be issued due to the significant workload required at the start of the process.

4. General Provisions

In all other cases not specified above, if PPC-Simple is unable to deliver the agreed service, a proportional refund may be issued.

If you decide not to continue for the following month, simply do not make the next payment. No further charges will be requested.
